With the development of environmental protection concept, more and more citizens in Macao choose to take public transport directly when they go out. As a result, some bus routes are too crowded to bear the burden. A bus company in Macao decided to open several new bus routes to ease the pressure on bus routes. After months of planning and on-the-spot investigation, the bus company was finally ready to open new routes. However, a few days before the opening of the new routes, the computer storing the data of new route plan suddenly could not be booted up. The colleagues in the company's IT Department found that it was a hard drive problem, and the hard drive also had a strange noise. The engineers immediately worked out a rescue plan to rescue the hard drive after they knew the situation, and finally rescued all the customer's data two days before the new routes were opened. It was verified by the customer that the customer’s important data were complete and the data recovery was successful.
