Customer description and recovery process:

"White Apple" Does Not Mean the Loss of All Data! In modern society, people are becoming more and more dependent on mobile phones. More or less we tend to store important data in our mobile phones. The customer told us that one day its iPhone suddenly crashed. He/she restarted the iPhone, and it kept on remaining still in the "white Apple" interface. The mobile phone could no longer be used. However, the mobile phone contained chatting records and photos taken during a recent tour which meant a lot to the customer. He/she was very eager to retrieve data contained in the mobile phone. So, the customer went to the Apple Store in Galaxy Macau for help, but was told that it could only restart the phone by restoring factory settings, but that meant that the data in the mobile phone would be completely erased. The Apple Store also provided another solution to the customer. It recommended the Company to the customer for data recovery. Later, the customer contacted us. After inspection, the Company’s engineers found that error of the system files of the iPhone made it unable to turn on. They repaired the malfunction and restored the data successfully to the original mobile phone of the customer. It was verified by the customer that the data was complete and correct and the recovery was 100% successful.
